Key Responsibilities
Learn from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide therapy
Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills
Engage actively with children during sessions
Accurately record treatment data
Ensure client safety and maintain confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Completed at least one semester of college coursework or currently enrolled in college courses
At least 6 months of paid working experience with children or ABA experience
Smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and car insurance
Ability to pass background checks and health tests
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs
Enthusiastic and professional demeanor
