Job Description

Join Aaron’s as a Customer Accounts Manager and lead our customer accounts department to drive store success. You'll connect with customers, enhance their ownership experience, and contribute to a high-performing team focused on achieving company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer accounts
  • Assist General Manager with operational functions
  • Build authentic customer relationships
  • Manage the collections process
  • Review and close lease agreements
  • Contact customers for renewals
  • Maintain customer contact through various means
  • Manage accounts staff to achieve department goals

Required Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License (US) or 18 years old (Canada)
  • Must meet DOT requirements for certification
  • Ability to work hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of college or previous management experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy and multitasking abilities
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Proficient computer skills
