Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer accounts
Assist General Manager with operational functions
Build authentic customer relationships
Manage the collections process
Review and close lease agreements
Contact customers for renewals
Maintain customer contact through various means
Manage accounts staff to achieve department goals
Required Qualifications
At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License (US) or 18 years old (Canada)
Must meet DOT requirements for certification
Ability to work hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of college or previous management experience
