Job Description
As a Shift Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will oversee all operations during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. You'll lead a team while managing costs, inventory, and staff, all within a fun and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
Set an example for the crew and adhere to company policies
Ensure store cleanliness and marketing
Maintain profitability and great customer service
