Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) requirements
Perform E3 program planning and author E3 support documentation
Conduct trade studies, modeling, simulation, and computational electromagnetic analysis
Define and conduct tests to validate performance of designs
Manage supplier electromagnetic testing for compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years with a Master's OR 3+ years with a PhD
Engineering experience with EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) or E3 (Electromagnetic Environmental Effects)
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
B.S Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Physics
Experience with relevant aircraft electromagnetic standards: MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, RTCA DO-160
Experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
