Key Responsibilities
Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision
Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs
Provide parent education and problem solving for client needs
Proactively communicate and create a safe environment for collaboration
Required Qualifications
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active LBA Certification in North Carolina
