Key Responsibilities
Manage front and back of shop to meet revenue goals and KPIs
Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians
Support teammates during peak times
Ensure repairs meet quality standards and billing is accurate
Complete shop payroll and manage staff schedules
Communicate with team to manage daily production flow
Write DRP compliant estimates as needed
Coach and develop team members
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results
Proficient knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE)
Proficient with computers and technology
Valid driver's license
