Key Responsibilities
Provide culturally competent crisis interventions to children and young adults
Perform risk assessments and psychosocial evaluations
Create safety plans with clients and families
Develop and implement short-term service plans
Document clinical assessments and maintain case documentation
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Required Qualifications
NYS Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LCSW)
Valid NYS Driver's License
Minimum of one-year relevant experience with a similar client population
