Radiation Therapist - Full Time

*Essential Functions*
* Deliver Radiation treatment through operation of the linear accelerator and associated imaging systems.
* Perform daily patient and room set up in accordance with each treatment plan.
* Perform accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
* Ensure appropriate charge entry for provided service.
* Perform EPID review.
* Maintain ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook) and department specific software applications to perform work.
* Communicate effectively and cooperatively in the workplace.
* Actively contribute to the achievement of Quality Improvement and Lean Process Improvement activities.
* Complete all mandatory learning requirements in a timely manner.
* Maintain current licensure and/or certification as required.
* Attend and actively participate in all department, team and/or committee meetings.
* Comply with all Skagit Regional Health, department and location specific policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee.

*Education*
* Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) accredited Radiation Therapist program.

*Experience/Training*
* Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred.

*License/Certifications*
* Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist registration required within 90 days of hire.
* Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiation Therapy Registered or Registry (RT(T)) eligible. Completion of certification required within three (3) months of date of hire.
* Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS.
