• Shift: 8-hour day shifts with intermittent on-call (covering vacations and call-ins)

• On-Site Position
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2330 - $2500

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of O'Fallon, IL
• Provide requested time off (RTO) at time of application

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the operating room, prioritizing patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols in the OR
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, responding to changes in condition
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and surgical procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation to support the surgical team as needed
