Key Responsibilities
Perform office management and clerical duties
Greet and assist Talent Search participants
Maintain Talent Search online media sites
Assist in preparing data for performance reports
Organize office supplies and materials
Schedule campus visits and workshops
Keep minutes of staff meetings
Evaluate program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
High School/GED
Minimum of six months’ experience in customer service
Minimum of one year in a secretary/administrative support position
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
Strong secretarial and clerical/administrative support skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a federal TRIO program
Experience with disadvantaged youth
Bilingual English/Spanish speaker
Experience in an educational environment
Experience using digital platforms for job functions
