Job Description
Rushford is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to deliver evidence-based clinical services within interdisciplinary teams. This role involves conducting assessments, creating care plans, and providing direct patient care to improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and establish care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care and risk assessment
Monitor progress of interventions and revise plans as needed
Provide patient/family education on treatment goals and health maintenance
Deliver direct patient care including case management and crisis intervention
Maintain timely patient-centered documentation
Participate in administrative and developmental activities
Support the development of relevant hospital programming
Contribute to improved patient experience
Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Related Human Service Field
Previous experience in a healthcare setting
LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or CADC
Valid Driver's License
Computer proficient
Ability to assess problems, determine solutions and make decisions in a timely manner
Utilize supervision and team approaches in patient assessment and clinical interventions
Excellent communication skills
Competencies to meet age specific patient needs
Focus on personal, patient/client and unit/staff safety
Self-directed in maintaining currency of validations, certifications, licensure and training
Cultural competence in health care and decision-making
