Key Responsibilities
Organizes and assigns resident assistants
Provides hands-on care to residents
Documents resident care and medication administration
Communicates changes in resident conditions to charge nurse
Assists with daily living activities and basic health care needs
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18
Six months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
