Key Responsibilities
Ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care
Assists with admission and discharge processes
Participates in the ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services
Collaborates with management and staff to create a teamwork environment
Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery
Provides recommendations for staff training and development
Assists with staff scheduling and inventory control
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
