Join Monte Nido as a part-time Group Facilitator, where you'll create a safe environment for adolescents in a residential program for eating disorders. You will facilitate group sessions, support personal development, and contribute to the healing journey of young individuals striving for healthier lives.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate group sessions
Facilitate interaction between group members
Maintain awareness of individual client's needs
Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings
Document group sessions including patients’ progress or lack thereof
Ensure timely completion of documentation related to patient services
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and other professionals
Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations
Required Qualifications
Actively working on bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field
QMHP certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting
Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
