Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance . Outpatient Dialysis RN for Joy Dr. Address: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403.
Floating as needed to St. Albans & Berlin is required. No call but Saturday requirements. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.
Requirements:
AHA BLS
• Prior travel experience preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Must be flexible with schedule, D/E shifts as needed
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years . Additional Information:
• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday
• No block schedules for any reason
