Job Description
Join Teleperformance USA as a Customer Service Associate to help customers with their inquiries in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work collaboratively while developing your skills and making a positive impact on customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve questions or concerns
Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues
Escalate interactions when necessary
Respond to requests for assistance and process payments
Track all call related information for auditing and reporting
Provide feedback on call issues
Upsell if required
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven call center experience
Typing 25 WPM
Proficient in PC operation and navigation
Able to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening skills
Preferred Qualifications
IT/Network certifications/degrees
Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
