Overview:

The Engagement Specialist supports Advanced Primary Care by serving as a resource for caregivers and providing personal, professional and compassionate service to patients. Reports to respective Advanced Primary Care Lead APP.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 3 or more years previous experience in a clinical setting (physician office or hospital).
