Key Responsibilities
Monitor patient flow to ensure clinic efficiency
Assist with management of daily clinic operations
Supervise and train front desk staff
Manage individual or team performance and visitor issues
Create work schedules for patient representatives
Partner with marketing to implement marketing programs
Prepare for and complete clinic audits and reviews
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a medical office setting
1+ year of experience in the supervision of staff
Experience using an EHR system
Obtain BLS Certification within 30 days of start
Obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months
