Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Respond to complex customer calls
Resolve customer service inquiries including benefit and eligibility information, billing issues, and treatment authorizations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in Customer Service or office setting
Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications
Ability to work 100% onsite
Ability to work a flex schedule
