Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Respond to complex customer calls
  • Resolve customer service inquiries including benefit and eligibility information, billing issues, and treatment authorizations

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service or office setting
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications
  • Ability to work 100% onsite
  • Ability to work a flex schedule
