Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Customer Return Representative and make a positive impact by providing excellent service to our customers. In this outdoor role, you'll assist customers in returning rental cars while enjoying competitive pay and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers return their rental cars
Meet and greet customers
Secure keys and record mileage, gas levels, and damage
Check cars into the computer system
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Drivers License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular, on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience
