Key Responsibilities
Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in sales, marketing, profit growth, and market share.
Foster professional business relationships with management.
Develop and grow relationships with major chain customers.
Provide strong customer management.
Develop and communicate business plans, establish goals and objectives.
Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
Set and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery.
Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed effectively.
Develop and monitor staffing levels for branch operations.
Maintain company safety standards.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions
2 years previous management/supervisory experience
Valid driver's license
