Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach, train, and coach branch leadership in sales, marketing, profit growth, and market share.
  • Foster professional business relationships with management.
  • Develop and grow relationships with major chain customers.
  • Provide strong customer management.
  • Develop and communicate business plans, establish goals and objectives.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and income goals.
  • Set and monitor trade execution standards for Direct Store Delivery.
  • Ensure administrative responsibilities are executed effectively.
  • Develop and monitor staffing levels for branch operations.
  • Maintain company safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3 years consumer products sales experience in progressively responsible positions
  • 2 years previous management/supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license
