The Director will oversee the Adult and Family Residential Division, ensuring effective support for residents with serious mental illness. This role involves program supervision, administrative oversight, and providing clinical leadership to achieve meaningful outcomes and improve residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provides administrative and clinical supervision
Ensures clinical, operational and fiscal oversight of assigned programs
Develops and implements new programs, projects and initiatives
Conducts performance evaluations and oversees staff recruitment and hiring
Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
At least two years of supervisory experience in residential services or related human services programs
Substantial experience in working with serious mentally ill population
Understanding of trauma informed care
Understanding of co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse addiction
