Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to terminally ill pediatric and adult patients
Coordinate and revise individualized Plans of Care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice teams
Anticipate patient condition changes and prevent crises
Support patient and family choices and enhance quality of life
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
Provider BLS - American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of Nursing experience; some pediatric nursing experience required for a position in the Pediatric Programs
Prior Hospice, Homecare, Long Term Care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology experience
