Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, may vary and include weekends

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• AZ is part of the PT compact privilege states
• Must have minimum 2 years' experience as a PT and previous travel experience is required.
• Must have previous acute hospital experience, Seeking candidates with strong ICU experience; but overall knowledge and experience will be considered
• BLS

Other Details:

• Floating between Level I Trauma 600+ bed hospital and Level IV 200+ bed hospital; days of the week scheduled
