🏥 Position Summary – Registered Nurse (RN)- Shift : Nights – 3×12-hour shifts
- Contract Length : 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours : Yes
📋 Core Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
- Conduct nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families for care planning and teaching
- Participate in and support patient rehabilitation goals
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
- Initiate and support discharge planning and patient education from day one
- Communicate patient status changes promptly to physicians and team members
- Provide leadership and delegation to ancillary staff
- Maintain safety standards for patients, coworkers, and self
✅ Requirements - BLS – Required prior to first shift
- ACLS – Required prior to first shift ( CIRH only )
- Minimum Experience : 2 years of bedside clinical experience
