Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments
Function independently for complex acute and chronically ill patients
Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assist with care provision according to regulations
Monitor effectiveness of interventions
Maintain relationships with facility contacts
Educate family members and clients about services
Assist in developing physician relations
Complete reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support certification
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
