Key Responsibilities
Lead design, control, and improvement of manufacturing processes
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Lead non-conforming material analysis and corrective actions
Drive Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide technical support to manufacturers and fabricators
Develop and implement manufacturing process controls
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading teams/projects
Technical documentation interpretation
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Proficiency in CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Experience with automated tooling and programming
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
