Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients and establishes individualized treatment goals
Conducts and modifies evaluations based on patient symptoms and medical status
Administers therapies and documents patient progress
Educates patients and families on exercise programs
Participates in interdisciplinary team efforts and community education
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic personal computer skills in Windows-based programs
