Join The Jewish Board as a Case Assistant, where you'll empower adults with serious mental illness to live independently. You'll provide essential support, advocate for residents, and help them develop vital life skills in a compassionate and culturally competent environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents in attaining independent living skills and individual goals
Assist with daily living activities like personal hygiene and meal preparation
Advocate for residents with service providers
Document resident interactions and complete incident reports
Participate in planning and execution of special events
Required Qualifications
High school degree or HSE
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in a Human Services or Community Mental Health setting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products
