Works within a team of MDs and CRNAs, managing a varied caseload with a focus on perioperative medicine and anesthesia support. • $450,000 base salary
• W2 $500,000-600,000
• Variety in daily case load
• Partnership with no buy-in
• 1:9 call (taken from home); post-call day off
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 6 weeks PTO + full benefits package
Private group with 1 hospital and 5 outpatient surgical centers
- The group provides services in general surgery, GI, OB, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Pediatrics
- Basic General Anesthesia care team model with CRNA’s at the main hospital with 6 OR’s
- Practice has 9 MD’s and 6 CRNA’s, + a few per diem.
- The practice recently took on OB Service & need additional Anesthesia support.
- No cardiac
- Have a neurosurgeon that does minimally invasive spine.
- NS does occasional craniometry for resection
