Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Evaluates and provides therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents requesting mental health services
Conducts assessments with complete formulation, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning
Utilizes evidence-based approaches for therapy, including individual, family, and group modalities
Communicates effectively with parents and external agencies regarding treatment plans
Consults with child psychiatrists and medical providers regarding patient care
Maintains appropriate documentation of clinical services
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of post-masters practice experience in applied psychotherapy with a majority pediatric population (0-18 years)
Masters level degree (M.S.W., M.S., M.A., M.Ed.)
Licensure in Oregon and Washington within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with child and adolescent intensive outpatient programs
Experience with electronic medical record documentation
Training/experience in CBT, DBT, family therapy, and/or Collaborative Problem Solving
Specific training in Autism Spectrum Disorder interventions
Emphasis in child, adolescent, and family dynamics
