Join Sanofi as a Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) Lead and play a pivotal role in integrating patient perspectives into clinical research. You will define COA strategies, manage research projects, and contribute to innovative product development, all within a supportive global healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define COA endpoint strategies and conduct related activities
Contribute to the Target Value Proposition and successful innovative product strategies
Generate understanding of disease and treatment paradigms through research
Advise on and develop Fit-for-Purpose COA instruments
Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects
Prepare scientific documents for communication
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience in COA in Pharma/CRO/Consultancy
Proven track record from scientific publications in core COA disciplines
Knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory environment
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced academic degree (e.g., doctorate or master's in psychology, anthropology, sociology, public health, epidemiology, psychometrics, clinical research, physiotherapy, pharmacy, medicine, biostatistics)
