Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation
Manage the repair process to ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Assist Body Technicians and complete post-scanning
Handle disbursement paperwork and address exceptions

Organization and multi-tasking skills

Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex)
