As a General Manager at Crash Champions, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure high-quality collision repair services while achieving revenue goals. Your role involves managing shop operations, supporting team members, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the front and back of shop to meet or exceed revenue goals and KPIs
Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize vehicles
Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers and writing estimates
Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are billed accurately
Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner
Communicate with team to ensure production flow meets delivery requirements
Write DRP complaint estimates as needed
Interview, hire and coach team members for performance and growth
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful results
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license required
