Key Responsibilities
Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the RAI process
Manage reimbursement processes and collaborate with various departments
Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Monitor and revise resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct training classes for nursing staff regarding MDS and care plans
Required Qualifications
Current and active RN license
1 year of experience in the RAI process
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in long-term care facility
Strong communication skills
Experience working with elderly and disabled individuals
