Job Description
Join University Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Bronx Skilled Nursing Facility. You'll provide essential care to residents, ensuring their health and comfort in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collecting required information from new Residents
Recording health details of Residents including vitals & temperature
Administering medications and injections
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
Required Qualifications
Valid LPN State license
Good standing with State Registry
Ability to work as a team member
