Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver correct answers
Interact with customers using video communication software
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience
Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Commitment to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week
Preferred Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation
Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers
Proficient with technology and computer operations
