ER RN - $2,344.00 Gross per Week

Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Bellin Health.
• Contract 13 weeks

• Primary Location: BHOH Emergency Department
• Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCS
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend & holiday rotation
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: None- ability to cross train to medical if desired/able
• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: Active RN or Compact license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & PALS; NIHSS (preferred).
• NIHSS certification preferred for submissions, completion of cert is required prior to end of orientation. Certification provided through Bellins Apex Innovations, at no charge to the traveler.
• Minimum Experience: 1+ years
• Charting Experience Required: Epic required within the past 2 years
• Unit Overview: Critical access hospital emergency department and urgent care
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 7 beds. Mostly urgent care cases , occasional trauma. Our Emergency Room houses ER and Urgent Care availability for the community 24/7. The ER is a 7 bed facility with two nurses and one physician on at all times. We serve as a critical access touch point for medical services in our community. Responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
