Job Description

As a General Manager at Taco Bell, you will lead a restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maximizing profits. You will foster a positive work culture and ensure operational excellence through effective training and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a Taco Bell restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization
  • Train employees and respond to customer service needs
  • Recruit and equip high-quality operators
  • Lead performance management processes for all employees
  • Ensure local health and safety codes are met
  • Control Profit & Loss by managing inventory and reviewing financial reports
  • Develop and deliver unit-specific Annual Operating Plans

Required Qualifications

  • High School minimum, University Degree Preferred
  • 2-4 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment including Profit & Loss responsibility
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Dynamic, energetic and positive leader
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
