Key Responsibilities
Manage a Taco Bell restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization
Train employees and respond to customer service needs
Recruit and equip high-quality operators
Lead performance management processes for all employees
Ensure local health and safety codes are met
Control Profit & Loss by managing inventory and reviewing financial reports
Develop and deliver unit-specific Annual Operating Plans
Required Qualifications
High School minimum, University Degree Preferred
2-4 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment including Profit & Loss responsibility
Basic business math and accounting skills
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Good oral/written communication skills
Strong analytical/decision-making skills
Basic personal computer literacy
