Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a significant impact in the lives of K–12 special education students. You'll provide essential academic and behavioral support, helping to create a positive learning environment and ensuring students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
