Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors
Guide patients through their visit
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
Collect payments and manage insurance information
Process medical records requests
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain front desk and waiting area
Support office operations by ordering supplies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
1+ years practical experience in a similar position
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Keyboard skills of 25 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree
Experience in a patient-facing role
Experience working in medical/healthcare industry
2+ years experience in a customer service setting
Experience with medical office software (EMRs)
