Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care
Contribute to the assessment of residents and administer medications
Document resident interactions and care outcomes
Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in practical nursing
Experience with IV therapy/management
