Job Description

Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Territory Sales Executive focused on driving revenue growth in the Philadelphia area. This remote role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, develop sales strategies, and impact company culture while enjoying various benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and meet prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to win new customers
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management upon customer commitment
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek ways to improve through coaching
  • Make a positive impact on team culture
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences (approximately 50% travel)
  • Remote role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
