Requirements

5 + years of experience as a Director of Maintenance in the Aviation Industry

Experience with Part 135

Experience with Private Jet Charter and Aircraft Management

Experience overseeing a team of aircraft maintenance personnel

Strong communication, customer service, and business acumen
