Key Responsibilities
Provides treatments to patients by evaluating function and applying appropriate treatments
Participates in interdisciplinary approach for education and clinical education of students
Conducts and modifies evaluations based on patient's symptoms and establishes measurable goals
Educates patients/families on home exercise programs to maximize independent functional activity
Documents in accordance with insurance guidelines and adheres to department policies
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
