Job Description
Join Citizens as a Customer Relationship Advocate to engage with affluent clients, providing personalized financial planning and exceptional service. Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to exceed client expectations and grow business through strategic financial conversations. Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive outbound engagements
Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences
Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or other relevant equivalent experience
Experience working with affluent and high net worth clients
A minimum of two licenses required: SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses
Demonstrated success in a client-centric, initiative-taking sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
