Job Description

As an Associate Director in Customer Service Excellence, you will lead the transformation of client operations, leveraging deep expertise and innovative strategies. Required Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of experience in customer service leadership roles

  • Deep functional expertise with a clear track record of IP development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
