Key Responsibilities
Greets patients and guests while providing an excellent patient service experience
Performs registration functions including updating/validating demographics and insurance information
Makes appointments and collects co-pays
Communicates with multidisciplinary team members and maintains regulatory standards
Performs patient outreach and call backs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility
Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, and teamwork skills
Demonstrated performance of excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, medical insurance pre-certifications, authorizations, and referrals
