Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Inspire and support the team to provide excellent customer service
Generate weekly schedules for adequate restaurant capacity
Maintain a positive culture for employees and customers
Oversee product ordering and inventory practices
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns
Execute marketing plans to build repeat customer visits
Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
Strong people-oriented relationship skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Valid driver's license & insurance
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Background check completed satisfactorily
At least 18 years old
