Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you'll lead a team of Sales Consultants to drive profitable sales growth in the foodservice industry. This role focuses on coaching and developing talent, fostering a performance culture, and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
Engage in one-on-one coaching with SCs
Lead district meetings to drive sales
Enable Customer Engagement efforts
Deliver Sysco brand results
Accountable for coaching, training, and feedback
Execute territory planning and management
Required Qualifications
High School education required
2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superb organizational and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years' foodservice sales experience
Demonstrates mastery of consultative selling, marketing principles, and negotiations
